Borondo Pines

Home Owners Association

The Association

The Borondo Pines Home Owners Association is managed and operated by a volunteer Board of Directors and committees for various functions. All of these are voluntary "jobs" although directors are elected by owners at our annual election meetings. The Board sets policies and manages the affairs of the community.

The Association's fiscal year runs from January through December. The current annual assessment due to each homeowner is set at $319.00. Invoices are sent in late November to each residence and are due by January 1st. Payment plans are available upon request. There is a $40 late fee and interest charged on past due accounts.

An annual meeting will be held in late April with information and notice provided by mail well in advance. Tenants are welcome to attend these meetings, but our documents do not grant tenants voting rights on Association business. The physical address for the Home Owners Association is 51 Middle Borondo, which is the residence of the Director of the Board, Angela Hollins. A drop box is located to the right of the front door where you may deposit payments or any written correspondence with the Board.
